Shipping policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty.  Shipping cost is non-refundable.

We will always do our best to give 100% customer satisfaction and help where we can with any issues that may arise

Please note we take no responsibility for missing items on trackable postage via Australia post or and other courier, once the item has left our hands.  This is an issue with Australia post and other courier’s

Damaged items in transit, misplaced items or any other concerns must be dealt with through Australia post or other couriers

All posted items will need to be signed for tracking number sent
Allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed and 3-14 days for delivery
