As a hairstylist and salon owner myself, I have incredibly high standards for hair. I was originally trying to find a match for a brand of extensions I had been using faithfully for the last 14 years, which the company discontinued for some unknown reason. In my search for a replacement, I lost a lot of money and trust by ordering from other suppliers, only to be let down by low-quality hair. Because of those awful experiences, I was really nervous about being burned again, and I’ll admit I was probably a bit of a pain in the beginning with all of my detailed questions and hesitations.

The team here was an absolute dream. They were remarkably patient, completely professional, and handled all of my industry-specific questions with ease, totally putting my mind at rest.

And the extensions themselves? They truly live up to the name. Out of a frustrating situation, I actually found an even better quality than what I was using before! The hair is absolutely beautiful, thick, and genuinely premium.
