We don’t offer refund on non-faulty items, however you can exchange or credit note your purchase within 7 days
We don’t offer any return or credit on sale stock
CHANGE OF MIND & ORDEE CANCELLATION
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, accidental orders, or orders placed in error.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. At our discretion, a store credit may be issued for value of the purchase, which can be used towards any future purchase with Highend Supplies.
To be eligible for an exchange or a store credit:
: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
: Hair extensions must be unopened with hygiene seal fully intact (DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS)
: Items must be returned in re-saleable condition, along with any free gifts or promotional items received.
: You must provide proof of purchase.
: The customer is responsible for all return postage costs and any additional postage for replacement items.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following.
: Sale or discontinued items
: Custom-coloured or custom-length orders.
: Opened or tampered products (including hair extensions with broken seal).
Colour & Batch Variations
Please note that colour and batch variations are not considered faults
: Hair extensions are made from 100% human hair, and slight difference can occur between production batches.
: Colour tones may vary slightly from photographs, descriptions, or sample swatches due to natural variation, manufacturing batches, screen resolution, and lighting conditions.
: These variations are completely normal and unavoidable within the nature of real human hair.
: We do not accept returns or exchange for colour mismatch, slight tone differences, or batch variation.
: Refunds are not issued for any reason relating to colour or batch differences.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if they are defective, faulty, or sent in error by Highend hair supplies.
PLEASE NOTE
: Damaged caused during transit or delivery is not considered a fault by Highend hair supplies.
If your order arrives damaged or missing, you must contact the delivery carrier to lodge a claim.
: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a clear photo or video evidence.
: Once the product has been assessed and deemed faulty by us, we will offer exchange or store credit
: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
TRAINING DEPOSITS
All training booking require a non-refundable deposit at the time of bookings. The deposit is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE
We do our best to ensure colours are represented as accurately as possible across our website. However, due to natural variation and lighting differences, we always recommend confirming your colour choice with your stylist before purchasing.

Please note that as our hair extensions are handmade products, measurements such as width or length may vary slightly depending on Hair density and way the hair naturely lays when measured.
